Nice house with a good layout and location - just a shame the maintenance is lagging behind. The house is beautiful but urgently needs basic maintenance. Cabinets and drawers in the kitchen are without handles and not for use. Cabinet under vegetable sink is musty. One of three geysers is working, even after it was reported and repaired - so hot water in only one bathroom. Light switches and fan in upper bedroom have short circuits. Cushions for patio furniture are old and worn.
