Malindi is a modern four-bedroom villa located in the heart of Camps Bay, offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and ocean. The property is positioned within easy reach of the city centre, just a 10-minute drive away, and close to the beach, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. Natural light fills the villa’s interiors, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complements the contemporary design.
The villa comprises four spacious bedrooms, each furnished for comfort and privacy. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the final two rooms are both furnished with double beds. Each of the secondary bedrooms has its own shower en-suite bathroom. Bath towels, hairdryers, and bed linens are provided, while a personal safe and workspace are included for convenience.
The open-plan layout is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee and tea-making facilities, dishwasher, and basic cooking supplies.
