Comfortable stay with everything we needed. Very neat and clean. Equipped with everything we needed for our time. Secure undercover parking in the apartment block's parkade. Exceptional view of Table Mountain from both bedrooms and from the outside patio. Literally a stone's throw from Canal walk. The path to walk is a bit dark in the evening which made one feel less safe. I would not like to tackle the path in the dark with packages - but there is currently a new footbridge under construction that will provide a direct well-lit route and will solve this problem. The two restaurants available in the apartment block itself, and a well-known coffee shop right next door ensure that you do not have to move out after dark either. Very well located for easy access to anywhere in the city. Only suggestions to the landlord: 1) If possible, an extra "sliding lock" or extra security on the front door would be good to improve security. 2) we could not locate the "remotes" of the air conditioners, it would be good to put them on the wall near the air switch.
