Description
Clapton's Beach 2 is a lovely self-catering ground-floor apartment situated in the Marina Martinique security complex between Jeffreys Bay and Aston Bay. It borders directly on the seawater canals that meander through Marina Martinique and is within close proximity to safe beaches and lovely restaurants.
This apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 14 and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outside shower. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the third bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for children. These 2 rooms share the use of a bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The main living area has a lovely open-plan design with uninterrupted views of the canals and features a lounge area with a TV that offers Amazon Prime and YouTube. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, bar fridge, cutlery, and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a washing machine for guests’ convenience. Leading from the kitchen is a 4-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.
Claptons Beach 2 has a lovely shaded patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. Guests can make use of the 2 canoes on the canals. Guests can swim in the communal swimming pool, fish from the veranda, and go canoeing.
There is also a UPS during load shedding. Guests can use lights, the TV and Wi-Fi during power outages.
