Marlo Vale 304 is a lovely self-catering holiday apartment situated in a secure building in Sea Point, Cape Town. It is an ideal homebase from where guests can explore and enjoy all the attractions and amenities that this destination has to offer.
This air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, each with their -own en-suite bathroom. Both of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, and both of the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, however guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are provided for added convenience. The lounging area has comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a private balcony with stunning views and a dining table, a communal rooftop swimming pool with outdoor seating, and an on-site gym. Secure parking is available on the premises. Various local amenities such as shops and restaurants are easily accessible, as well as attractions like the Sea Point Promenade, the V&A Waterfront, DHL Stadium and the Noons Gun Hiking Trail.
