Marnies Bush Hideout is a self-catering cottage situated in Marloth Park, Mpumalanga, approximately 1.3 km from Gate 1 in the heart of the reserve. The property offers a tranquil bushveld escape, ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the lounge includes a double sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area comprises a kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, microwave, kettle, air fryer, fridge-freezer, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and utensils. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, and air-conditioning, and opens onto a deck with outdoor seating and a dining table.
The outdoor area features braai facilities and a hot tub, creating an ideal space for relaxation. Secure parking is provided, and wildlife such as kudu, impala, zebra, and bushbuck frequently visit the property, with hay and pellets supplied for feeding. A variety of birdlife enhances the natural setting. Please note that the host resides on the premises.
