Masingitana Tented Camp offers an authentic off-grid bushveld escape on the border of the renowned Manyeleti Game Reserve, Kruger National Park, and Sabi Sands Game Reserve. Fully powered by solar energy, this peaceful camp provides a comfortable and sustainable retreat for nature lovers looking to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the beauty of the Greater Kruger region.
Accommodation is offered in a selection of comfortable safari tents, each privately positioned with bushveld views and designed to provide a relaxed and memorable stay. Tent options include standard and full en-suite tents furnished with queen-size beds or flexible twin-bed configurations, as well as a larger superior family tent accommodating up to 4 guests. All tents feature private decks, hot-water bathrooms, bed linen, bath towels, essential toiletries, bottled water, private power points, and thoughtful comforts for a peaceful stay in nature.
Guests can enjoy a range of communal facilities, including a swimming pool, traditional boma, fire pit, garden, outdoor seating areas, breakfast bar, communal dining area, and braai facilities with complimentary firewood. The camp also features a restaurant offering meals by arrangement, including halaal, vegetarian, and vegan options, as well as themed dinners and occasional live entertainment.
Activities in the surrounding area include guided bush walks, game drives, Big Five viewing, hiking, walking tours, and cultural experiences. While no wildlife roams within the camp itself, the surrounding reserves offer exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities.
Additional facilities include secure parking, 24-hour security, airport transfers and shuttle services by arrangement, laundry services on request, hot water throughout the camp, and paid Wi-Fi access. Please note that the camp is accessed via a gravel road and offers a rustic, no-frills bush experience focused on nature, relaxation, and genuine Lowveld hospitality.
