Meadow Lane Grace Cottage offers tranquillity amidst a park-like setting located in Southern Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal, providing self-catering accommodation boasting stunning views of the surrounding mountains and a dam stocked with bass, often visited by ducks, cormorants, and geese.
This thatch cottage accommodates 6 guests and features 1 main bedroom and 1 spacious loft room that kids love! The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. All beds have electric blankets. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
The cottage has Wi-fi. The open-plan kitchen, accompanied by a 6-seater dining table, is fully furnished with a gas hob, oven, microwave, 2 bar fridge/freezers, kettle, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as crockery and cutlery. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with a DVD player; however, there are no TV channels available, including a fireplace for the colder nights.
Outside, guests can enjoy a braai and outdoor dining, perfect for meals with loved ones, in the ideal setting for sundowners while enjoying the tranquil views from every angle. Activities available from Meadow Lane include mountain biking trails starting 2km away, bass fishing in a small dam, scenic walks, a zip line, petting the ponies, swings, and a trampoline, as well as kayaks for the kids.
