Melkbos is situated in Dana Bay and offers stunning sea views, as well as breathtaking views of a scenic valley, creating a peaceful coastal escape. Situated close to the beach, the property is ideally positioned close to Mossel Bay, Hartenbos, and Pinnacle Point Golf Estate.
Accommodation is offered in 2 comfortably furnished units. Unit 1 can accommodate up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Unit 2 is a cosy open-plan bachelor-style unit suitable for 2 guests and is furnished with 2 single beds.
Bath towels, bed linen, wardrobe space, a dressing table, hairdryer, ironing facilities, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided in both units. Additional features include parking on the premises, CCTV outside the property, and accessibility to food delivery apps. Small pets are welcome by arrangement. Solar power is available to assist during loadshedding.
Please note that guests need to walk down a few stairs to access both units. The host resides on the premises and will personally welcome guests or arrange for key collection before arrival.
