Beach Flatlet is a cosy studio with a private entrance, situated on the owner’s property in Van Riebeeckstrand, Melkbosstrand. the flatlet provides a comfortable and relaxing retreat, ideal for a seaside getaway.
While the unit has not got beach views , it offers direct private access to the beach,from the property. This makes it perfect for morning strolls, sunset views, or a quick dip in the ocean. Perfectly located on Van Strand Beach, a kiting ,windsurfing and surfing spot.
This studio accommodates 2 guests and comprises an open-plan sleeping area and an en-suite bathroom. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed, ceiling fan, and ample wardrobe space, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The unit features a well-equipped kitchenette with an air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, bar fridge, and a breakfast bar with stools. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV with DSTV and complimentary Wi-Fi access.
