0 out of 10! Pass by! Save your money and your sanity. Not at all. I made the reservation a year ago and paid in full for a three-bedroom family unit as advertised. A month before the reservation, I was told that the original unit apparently had a problem and that a lower standard unit was being offered. I reluctantly accepted the new unit, as we would not find alternative accommodation within walking distance a month before the Afrikaans is Groot concert. Well located, near Time Square. Apartment is spacious, clean and modern. My husband and I stayed there with our 2 adult daughters and son-in-law. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms nice and big. Sorry we were only there for one night, would have liked to stay longer. Will definitely go back and book the same apartment again.
