Good. The building manager was very helpful and very nice. The air-conditioning unit was broken. The door lock was broken and locked me out for a few hours on my last stay. However, everyone was very kind and helpful.

Be careful when booking. The accommodation had no security. Swimming Pool was empty and there was no remote for the aircon. Unfortunately no one could get hold of the building manager to sort out these issues. The website is assisting to get me a refund or discount at least.
