Milkwood Cabin Getaway offers self-catering accommodation on the edge of the Bot River Estuary in the private Middelvlei Estate, in Meerensee, making it ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a tranquil stay.
This double-storey cabin has a wooden deck and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. Both the main and second bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms contain 1 single bed each. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area is furnished with couches and extra seating, as well as a dining table and indoor braai facilities.
The patio has outdoor furniture and provides guests with a view of the garden. There is a boardwalk that leads to a wooden deck where guests can relax. Secure parking is also available on the premises. Guests have access to the estate’s facilities, such as the two swimming pools, a game room with table tennis and two tennis courts.
Activities in the area include bird watching, swimming, hiking, and water sports. Guests might even get a visit from wild horses that live in the estate. Meerensee estate is in Fisherhaven which has a yacht club, a small cafe, and a restaurant.
