The apartment is located in the Court Recife apartment block at the popular surf spot of Millers Beach in Summerstrand, 5 km from the airport and 23 km from Addo Elephant National Park.

The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be split into 2 single beds if required, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, with an additional separate toilet provided.

Secure parking is available in the garage courtyard, which has a low beam for access, or along 4th Avenue. Only guests booked into Bird Rock Sunrise are permitted on the Court Recife property. The apartment is strictly no smoking, no vaping, and no parties.
