This spacious 110 m² second-storey apartment offers beautiful sunrise views over the ocean from the lounge window, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee while overlooking Bird Rock and listening to the beachfront come alive. The apartment is situated in the Court Recife apartment block, which consists of 12 apartments, at the popular surf spot of Millers Beach in Summerstrand. It is conveniently located 5 km from the airport and approximately 23 km from Addo Elephant National Park.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1½ bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds if required, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, and there is an additional separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features comfortable seating and a TV, as well as Wi-Fi and DStv.

The property is located within 600 metres of the Boardwalk Hotel and the Boardwalk Shopping Mall. Guests can explore the beachfront promenade, which is popular for walking, running, and cycling, and the beach is directly across the road. Nearby restaurants include Southern Sun and Radisson Blu, both located within 1 km.

The Links Humewood Golf Course is nearby, as well as the beautiful Cape Recife Nature Reserve. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy the nearby Ironman course, with its scenic promenade ideal for cycling and running. The bay is perfect for swimming, kite surfing, surf-skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, and other water activities.

Summerstrand is known for its beautiful Blue Flag beaches and beachfront restaurants. Popular local spots include Angelo’s for breakfast on the beachfront, Something Good for lunch, and Charlie’s for some of the best pizzas in town. Secure parking is available in the garage located in the courtyard, which has a low beam for access, or along 4th Avenue. Only guests booked into Bird Rock Sunrise are permitted on the Court Recife property. Please note that the apartment is strictly no smoking, no vaping, and no parties are allowed. There is no swimming pool, no braai facilities, and no lift to the second floor, so guests will need to use the stairs.
