Inviting and warm, would go back anytime. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was cosy and neat. We really enjoyed our stay.

Was very satisfied except for the couch. Exactly the right location. Neat and clean. Only one problem that I think needs urgent attention. I took the option to upgrade and there was only one problem (not sure exactly what extra I got with the upgrade, but that wasn't the problem). The couch was in poor condition, I wouldn't even sit on it. Should have ended up in the trash heap a long time ago. It's a shame because I couldn't find fault with the rest.

Loved it. Stay was good. I've stayed there before and it was for a night. This time around I stayed for two nights. The shower head in the room I got this time could do with a replacement. But everything else was good.
