Description
Mkhuze Trails Lodge is situated within the iconic uMkhuze Game Reserve near eMkhuze, a vast 40,000-hectare protected area renowned for its rich biodiversity and unspoilt landscapes. Surrounded by sand forest, riverine forest and open savannah, the lodge offers an immersive bush experience where guests can enjoy the tranquillity of nature and the rhythm of the African wilderness, with opportunities to encounter the Big Five and exceptional birdlife.
The lodge provides comfortable, structured tent units. The tent features a spacious bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower. There is also an outdoor shower. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Additional in-unit features include tea- and coffee-making facilities, loadshedding provisions and a dedicated workspace.
There is a restaurant on site. Free Wi-Fi and free secure gated parking are provided. On-site activities include guided bush walks, game drives, game viewing and walking tours, all offered on the reserve.
