Clean, well-situated, not worth the price given poor management, lack of info. Check-in was scheduled for 15:00, and despite receiving multiple emails and messages requesting my exact arrival time from the property to ensure punctuality, the property agent was not at reception when I arrived. I had to wait for a lacklustre agent who informed me the room was not ready and needed another 40 minutes for cleaning. Furthermore, while this is a non-smoking property, the smell of cannabis was prevalent in the corridor. The room itself was clean but lacked basic amenities like kitchen towels, and no Wi-Fi password or house rules were provided. Additionally, the exit procedure from the building without keys was not communicated; I required assistance from the parking guard at 05:30 just to leave. Overall, the reception and communication were very poor.
