We had a nice stay, but most guests wouldn't be happy. The apartment has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that need attention: 1. Light bulb in one bedside lamp was broken. 2. Shelves in fridge are missing or broken. Fridge freezes salad and vegetables. 3. Only one sheet on both beds. 4. The stove's oven doesn't work. 5. Toilets and coffee machine weren't clean. 6. No water when we arrived - it did come back later in the evening. Don't know if it was a complex or municipality problem.

Beautiful views and great sunsets. Just a shame the apartment was not clean. We were greeted with a damp, smelly apartment. Found out that it was a wet, smelly mop stuck in a cupboard. Everything was dirty from the floors, walls, bathrooms, etc. We were so embarrassed when our guests refused to sit on the dirty, smelly couch. We were charged an extra R1100.00 for cleaning, yet the place needed deep cleaning. It took almost two weeks of our holiday time for the company to clean up and make the place liveable. That included bedding that was marked and years old. Old and overused pots and pans needed to be replaced too. The only positives were lovely views, being close to shops, buses and the beach. Onsite security and a communal pool were a plus.
