Blissful serenity. A beautiful place, very peaceful, clean and ideally placed. Right in the middle of everything. If you're looking for a place to recharge, this is the place. Charl is very thoughtful, kind and the kind of person you would want to have around; he made our vacation one to remember.

Great host, lovely, simple stay and surroundings. Very lovable dogs. Loved all the animals, the host is probably one of the friendliest people I've come across! Very close to a lot of attractions.

Beautiful surroundings with excellent service. We had a great stay and the cottage is spacious and reasonably well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner, and having him stay on site really helps to make you feel extra safe. The surroundings are beautiful and the Lisbon Falls are just around the corner, and God's Window not much further. The main reason for the slightly low 'value for money' is because the cottage is not luxurious (it doesn't have to be), and the bathroom is quite cramped and the shower not really usable.

Lovely quiet stay in historic cottage. Loved the location out of town. Very quiet country setting by the river, and so many birds to watch. The cottage was basic but clean and very comfortable. Charl was an excellent host. Would highly recommend.

Very nice. Lovely cute cottage. Charl was a very attentive host. He knows his area and gave us good travel pointers. On a personal note, it would be nice if the bed was bigger, even a queen size.

Beautiful scenery, the location is stunning and it is quiet and peaceful. Had a lovely two-night stay, the accommodation has a rustic farm style vibe, but is still nice and everything is clean and welcoming. We went on some lovely walks and spending time at the mountain stream was amazing. Will definitely go again!
