Unpleasant not nice there anymore, we used to camp at Monks yearly, and it was. First of all when we arrived at the resort, they could not find our booking or said the website did not confirm with them. The chalets were not properly cleaned. And the furniture are dated. Terrible. The accommodation is old and run down. Rats running around. . The yard is kept clean. . The fridge was rusted. The place needs an upgrade urgently. The owner was rude and not accommodating to me been late for check in. . Overall worst stay at a resort ive ever experienced. . Will never visit again.
