Description

Mont Blanc Cabin is situated in the village of Rosendal in the Eastern Free State, at the foothills of the Witteberg Mountains. The cabin offers a secluded retreat designed for guests seeking tranquillity, minimalist comfort, and uninterrupted mountain views within the scenic Highland Route.

The cabin can accommodate 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom with an open-plan bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a corner shower, basin, and semi-enclosed toilet.

The open-plan living area includes a small 2-seater dining table and a comfortable couch. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, toaster, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Climate control is provided via a cooling unit and heating options for seasonal comfort.

A 9-metre patio extends from the living area and is furnished with outdoor seating, offering uninterrupted mountain views. Braai facilities are available for guest use, along with free Wi-Fi and secure parking.

The cabin is ideally positioned for exploring the surrounding area, including hiking and cycling routes in the Witteberg Mountains, as well as nearby towns such as Ficksburg, Fouriesburg, Senekal, and Clarens. Local attractions include THE ARK Gallery, the historic 1910 Church, and the Kgodumodumo Dinosaur Park in Golden Gate Highlands National Park, located approximately 90 minutes away.
