Unpleasant, unprofessional and noisy. I booked into the unit because it was close to the hospital I had to visit at the time my partner had an operation done. I was not happy at all. All over it says keep quiet etc. but right across my doorway they were having parties (DJ) and screaming, no one to control them. I ordered food and I waited over an hour. I went down to check because the 24-hour front desk did not answer; the lady was sitting and watching TV. My order came not completed as ordered, only later they brought cold chips as the food also came cold. Not professional.

Poor attention to detail. Reception lady lacked interpersonal skills. No light or soap in the bathroom, pillows were worn thin and lumpy. Towels were stained purple. Plug point comes away from the wall. Odd numbers in crockery and cutlery. Duvet was upside down, and the zip was broken.
