Morgenzon is an upmarket self-catering family home located in the scenic Swartland area of Clarens, offering the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience. Situated about a 10-minute walk from the town square—home to local restaurants, shops, and galleries—the property is ideal for both weekend getaways and extended stays.
The house accommodates up to 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and twin basins, as well as access to a private balcony with beautiful mountain views. Three of the remaining bedrooms each have a double bed, while the upstairs loft room, overlooking the lounge, is furnished with two three-quarter beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin, while a separate guest toilet is also available. The fifth bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The modern kitchen, finished with granite surfaces, is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas hob, electric oven, two fridge-freezers, kettle, coffee machine, air fryer, ice machine, toaster, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. The open-plan dining and lounge area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with DStv, and free Wi-Fi, flowing seamlessly into an enclosed patio with an indoor charcoal or wood braai. Large windows provide stunning 180-degree views of the surrounding Rooiberg Mountains.
