Excellent place for a quick breakaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. What a great place to stay for our family. It was just the right size and the location was excellent. The establishment had everything we needed, including games that the family could play and a putting green. The views are amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful scenery. Safe and tidy, great host. House is well equipped with indoor braai and hot tub. Neat and clean. Full access to DSTV with an alarm system for extra peace of mind. Jimmy is an excellent host and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Centrally located with easy access to attractions. Will definitely book again when we travel to the Western Cape.

Very pleasant and helpful host. Was a nice weekend getaway! The place is well equipped and neat, the hot tub was a nice surprise.

Regarding the windows, we'd love to share the design philosophy of our Luxury Container Home. As a high-end architectural conversion, we've prioritized a 'sanctuary' feel in the bedrooms. We use fixed luxury glazing to ensure a completely sound-insulated, dust-free, and climate-controlled environment—a feature our guests consistently tell us they love for a deep, quiet night's sleep, especially given our convenient access to the main routes. For fresh air, the design intentionally flows toward the entertainment deck. Each bedroom has a glass door with an integrated opening window tucked behind the lace curtains for privacy. When this is opened along with the three large sliding doors on the entertainment deck, the house captures a beautiful breeze from both the lake and the beach. Our guests consistently tell us they love this balance of a silent, peaceful sleep and the open-air flow of the living areas.
