My Tiny Home is newly built, designed for a single guest only. Visitors are welcome, and long-term stays are preferred.

This charming self-catering studio apartment features a private entrance, a north-facing patio, and a comfortable lounge area with a couch offering mountain views. The unit is fully furnished and equipped to provide a convenient and relaxed stay.

The sleeping area includes a hoisted standard-size double bed with ample cupboard space underneath. Access to the bed is via a four-step ladder, which may not be suitable for disabled or infirm guests.

The apartment includes a large en suite bathroom fitted with a spacious modern shower.

The kitchenette is well equipped with a kettle, toaster, air fryer, induction stove, bar fridge, and all necessary cutlery and crockery for self-catering.

Additional features include fast and uncapped Wi-Fi throughout the unit, supported by a mesh system that provides reliable connectivity in all areas, including the patio. A skylit workspace is also available, along with mountain views from the lounge and surrounding greenery.

The unit is located in the quiet, leafy, and safe suburb of Clovelly. It is close to local shops, restaurants, and a golf course, and is within a short drive of Fish Hoek Beach or approximately a fifteen-minute walk, making it a convenient and peaceful retreat for a Cape Town stay.
