There is a sky light roof window, ventilation system & is well insulated for heat & cold.

Wi-Fi is fast & uncapped and on a mesh system from all corners, even on the patio.

The apartment includes a sky lit workspace, with lovely mountain views, and very green surroundings.

My Tiny Home is conveniently located in a quiet leafy suburb od Clovelly, with green surroundings and mountainous views and walk. We are near local shops, restaurants, and a golf course. It is just a short drive to Fish Hoek Beach, or a 15 minute walk - making it an ideal retreat for a Cape Town escape.
