My Venue at Avemore is a self-catering retreat situated on a boutique olive farm in the Devon Valley area of Stellenbosch. Surrounded by scenic winelands and mountain views, the property offers a peaceful escape for couples, families, or friends seeking a relaxing stay within easy reach of wine estates, restaurants, golf courses, and cycling routes.
The house can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Quality linen and bath towels are provided for guests’ convenience. Baby cots, high chairs, and baby baths can also be provided on request, making the accommodation well-suited to families travelling with young children.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. The open-plan living area includes a dining table and a lounge furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Outdoor facilities include a furnished patio, braai facilities, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a fire pit. Guests can also enjoy a private wood-fired hot tub, while access to a communal swimming pool is available on the property. Load-shedding provisions, including a generator, are available for added convenience.
