Description
Nare Bush Cabin is a fully off-grid self-catering cabin situated in Buffelspoort in the North West, offering a tranquil bush escape for up to 4 guests. The property provides a peaceful natural setting with access to walking and hiking trails within the surrounding reserve. Please note that motorbikes are not permitted on the property.
The cabin can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 1 upstairs bedroom and a sleeper couch in the lounge. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the lounge is fitted with a double sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin, and an outdoor shower is located below the braai area, with water temperature dependent on daytime sun heating.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove, oven, kettle, fridge, cutlery, and crockery. Gas is used to power the fridge, geyser, and stove, while lighting is provided by solar power, moonlight, and stars. No plug points are available, and guests are advised to bring bulk batteries for charging devices.
A covered balcony with seating extends from the lounge, offering a relaxed space to enjoy the bush surroundings. Guests also have access to shared facilities at the main reception area, including swimming pools, tennis courts, a play park, a putt-putt course, and a life-size chess game.
The surrounding nature reserve offers easy walking and hiking routes, and guided access to Tonquani Gorge hikes can be arranged with prior booking through the host.
