I would like to clarify a few points: the unit is not advertised as having air conditioning, so a remote is not part of the amenities. Regarding the windows, they are cleaned regularly, but as the property is located close to the ocean, salt and sea spray can accumulate quickly between scheduled cleanings. I regret that this may have affected your stay. As for the noise, I understand how disruptive that can be, though unfortunately it is sometimes beyond my control depending on the surroundings.
I also want to address your concern about communication. I did not receive any calls or messages during your stay, and I would have responded promptly had I been contacted. I apologise if there was any misunderstanding or technical issue that prevented us from connecting.
