Nice and convenient. The apartment is well located for easy access to shopping and to most parts of the city. The facilities in the flat were good. The undercover parking is very safe and convenient. One problem was the water dripping from the aircon in the unit above onto the balcony, with constant drip, drip, drip, and damp on the floor.
