Newlands Rose Cottage is a charming, character-filled home offering elegant self-catering accommodation in the leafy suburb of Newlands. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, and basin, with a separate guest toilet and basin. All bedrooms have French doors opening onto a vine-covered terrace, providing a peaceful, garden-facing retreat.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, with an adjacent scullery for convenience. Laundry amenities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. A spacious dining area with a 6-seater table connects to a lounge with a fireplace and Smart TV. A second family lounge opens onto the landscaped garden through stacking doors, creating additional space for relaxation.

Off-street parking is provided for 2 vehicles, with additional on-street parking available. Guests are requested to bring their own braai grid and firewood, as the supplied grid and wood cannot be guaranteed.
For safety, guests are required to ensure the lockbox and the green pedestrian gate are securely closed after use, as the gate opens directly onto a road and is essential for the safety of children and pets. The property’s security system includes external beams and a camera at the front door, offering peace of mind throughout the stay.
