Description

Nice and Cosy Private Apartment is a private and comfortably furnished flatlet located on a residential property in West Beach, close to Blouberg Beach. This secure and centrally located neighbourhood is ideal for kite surfers and board riders who want to be near the popular Kite Beach.

The flatlet can accommodate up to 2 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a neat, compact dining area and kitchenette. The bedroom contains an extra-length king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. Super fast 200mb fibre Wi-Fi is available.

The kitchenette is equipped with an induction plate, a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. There is a small dining area with a 2-seater dining table and chairs. Outside there is a private little courtyard with a picnic bench for an evening braai or to store your surfboards, kite boards, wind surfing and SUP equipment.

The apartment is located on the same property as a main house but has its own completely separate entrance and parking space, allowing guests to come and go as they please.
