Niemandsland Villa-Style Farmhouse offers a luxurious and tranquil self-catering retreat on the banks of the Blyde River, set on a private farm near Hoedspruit. Perfect for families, small groups, or couples seeking a peaceful getaway, it provides a serene base from which to explore the beauty of the Lowveld.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed and its en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each contain a queen-size bed, with en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a 10-seater table that flows seamlessly into the comfortably furnished lounge, featuring a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services. A more formal lounge offers comfortable couches and a fireplace, perfect for entertaining. Wi-Fi access is provided throughout.
Guests can unwind on the covered patio, complete with an outdoor dining area, braai, and pizza oven, while enjoying uninterrupted views of the surrounding Lowveld.
