The flatlet and room are surrounded by large trees and bird life, which makes a tranquil escape in the city suitable whether guests are traveling for business or leisure. Both the flat and the room have their own designated parking on the premises.

Waterkloof Glen is a tranquil, mainly residential area known for the vast Sun Arena at the Time Square Casino entertainment complex, which hosts large sporting events and concerts. Nearby activities include bird watching, cycling, and hiking.
