We are based in a residential area and surrounding farms, which means that there may be no loud noise or group gatherings. Sound systems & loud music are strictly prohibited on our premises – as per residential regulations of our area.

No outside visitors are allowed on our premises, only paying guests. Undeclared overnight guests will be charged for at full rate upon check out.

All our facilities & rooms are only for use by guests that are checked in to our facility.
Please respect the other guests that are booked in, who are here to enjoy peace & tranquility, and do not make unnecessary noise in rooms or common areas

50% Deposit are payable 3 days after booking date. Bookings will be kept provisional for 3 days only, if deposit has not been paid within the 3 days the booking will be automatically cancelled

Check in is strictly between 2pm – 5pm, unless prior arrangements have been made upfront & check out is strictly at 10am – a late check out penalty will apply

Please do not move any furniture from one area to another, and especially from inside the rooms

No alcohol and loud music may be consumed in our reception, swimming pool or parking areas

Displayed rules in common facility areas are for your own safety & must always be adhered to

Any damage caused by a guest, or items missing from rooms, will be for the guest’s account, to be paid upon check out at Reception, or when discovered by our Housekeeping Department upon room departure

Additional fees apply for lost keys and remotes.

No photoshoots, group gatherings or events of any sort may be held without prior consent from reception.

Braai facilities are available must be arranged prior to arrival date at reception. We provide braai stand but guests must provide their own grids & wood.

Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited – If evidence of smoking inside a room is found, you will be bound to a penalty fee, and, or banned from booking with us again in the future

Crockery, cutlery and all utensils in the rooms and houses must remain as it is, when guests depart and items are missing or broken you will be held responsible to cover all costs.

Washing services are available on request at additional costs.

Swimming pool must be kept clean. Children must be under adult supervision.

Kindly note that we reserve the right of admission, and will exercise that right, if guests do not comply with our policies – no refund will be given

Cancellation Policy

Description

This unit comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds while the second bedroom contains a king-size bed. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, and stove as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Guests are offered complimentary Wi-Fi.

This unit has 4 bathrooms all fitted with a shower. Guests have access to the swimming pool, braai facilities, a TV and Wi-Fi. This unit features a large marble patio with a beautiful view of the garden and the mountains.

This unit has an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave-oven as well as tea-and-coffee making facilities. There is a TV with selected DStv channels as well as Netflix. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a splash pool and an indoor and outdoor braai. The garage also has a pool table.
