Very nice stay. We were there for 4 nights and it was very nice. Very friendly welcome and would definitely recommend.

Have a good time and barbecue. Feeling at home. My parents stayed in a room. Als was clean and comfortable. Me, my husband and daughters stayed in the family unit. The toilet and shower are in a separate building (walk a few steps outside), but everything was clean and safe. When we complained about a done mattress, we immediately received a new one. Great value and great service!

Comfortable self-catering accommodation in Lüderitz. Affordable self-catering accommodation, centrally located in Lüderitz. Spacious outdoor barbecue area. Secure parking. Free WiFi was good. Owner Heinz is hospitable and always helpful with information about Lüderitz as well as booking tours. Definitely excellent value for money!

Got exactly what we were looking for, but also what was promised. Had a great time there. Had the whole place to ourselves for the four of us. Well appointed and provided what we were looking for. Silence and tranquility contributed to our wonderful rest, the weather even played along. Safe parking played a big role.

We had a nice stay at Oars, we mostly toured to different places around Luderitz. Although Oars' places only have one 2-plate stove, we did manage with our meals. Would have been a small problem if we hadn't got the room with the 2-plate in it. Otherwise, the owners were very helpful and their hospitality top notch. Nice comfortable beds and showers were nice with good water pressure and hot water.

A nice overnight accommodation unit for 2 people. We initially struggled to get hold of someone to give us access to the premises. I would like to recommend having coffee mugs available - the mugs were a bit old fashioned and small. As there is no wash basin, I would suggest that the room be 'serviced' when booked for more than one night. The dogs were a bit "troublesome" and moved into the room.
