This newly decorated, spacious double-story home offers modern self-catering accommodation designed for families and groups seeking a comfortable getaway. Styled with contemporary furnishings and fresh decor throughout, the property features versatile sleeping configurations, multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, and secure premises.
The accommodation is split across two levels to comfortably host larger groups. On the upper floor, Room One features a queen-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom, while Room Two is furnished with two three-quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, Room Three includes three single beds with an en-suite bathroom. Accessible via the garage, Room Four is a private, airy single bedroom complete with its own outdoor-access en-suite bathroom. Bath towels and a hairdryer are provided for guest use, though guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The home offers dual entertainment zones on both levels. The upstairs layout features a games area equipped with a pool table, a television, a handy kitchenette, and an outdoor braai area. Downstairs, the open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge with a TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring gas burners, an oven, and an air fryer. An indoor braai area designated for charcoal use only is integrated into the ground-floor living space, which also provides direct access to the garage and laundry facilities.
Modern conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi access and a DStv package. Secure parking is available on site with space in both the garage and the private driveway. Please note that while children are welcome, parents should take extra care regarding the open internal staircase steps and the un-fenced outdoor swimming pool.
