Perfect host, stunning views, unforgettable stay! I honestly don’t even know where to begin! From the moment we arrived, Rozanne made us feel so welcome and cared for — like part of the family. She checked in to make sure we arrived safely, left the sweetest handwritten welcome card and gift waiting for us, and even helped with fantastic local restaurant recommendations. The place itself is simply breathtaking. The location — perfect. The décor — beautiful. The views — absolutely unforgettable. Sitting in the pool, watching the ocean, and enjoying a braai. Truly priceless moments we’ll never forget. Thank you, Rozanne and family, for going above and beyond to make our birthday celebration so special. You made it one to remember forever!

A beautiful time with even a welcoming basket with the best bread and wine. A wonderful stay in a beautiful house with all the modern comforts. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. A coffee plunger would have been handy.

Absolutely incredible on every level. Where to begin? 1. Incredibly helpful host who sent materials and then called to give us a detailed walkthrough once we arrived. 2. The whole house is furnished like a 5* hotel with accessories to match. 3. What a location! The pictures are totally accurate. 4. The lawn maintenance team (6 zebras)! 5. The price. No more for a luxury 3 bedroom 5* villa in a stunning location than for a small hotel room in a nice hotel. We were just the two of us as the price still made sense. It would be wonderful for a family or even 3 couples.

Perfect. Insanely beautiful well-designed house in a wonderful private estate with private beaches. It has the most incredible False Bay views with zebras that wander around on the estate - a whole troop even came up to the house one night. It's a very special place with all the amenities to make your stay luxurious. Cannot recommend it enough. Go!
