Ocean-Song is an upmarket self-catering apartment situated in the secure Welgelegen Complex in Strand. This ground-floor apartment faces the sea and offers a comfortable setting for guests seeking a relaxing coastal getaway. The property is conveniently located near the beachfront and within easy reach of several nearby golf courses.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for added comfort. The bathrooms are fitted with a bath or shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a hob, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a communal laundromat available on the second floor in the block. A breakfast bar with seating is available for casual meals. The lounge area features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels and Netflix.
Securely allocated parking is provided for guests’ convenience. The complex also offers a communal braai area as well as a laundromat available elsewhere within the property.
