Ocean Song is a spacious holiday home with panoramic ocean views located in Trafalgar, Southbroom. It is ideal for a memorable holiday as it is situated within walking distance from the beach and spoils with a private swimming pool with a fence.
This property can accommodate a total of 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The remaining bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower.
The living area features a separate kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine is also available. There is a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge features an open-plan design with a bar, comfy seating and a TV with DStv access. Guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card.
Through the sliding doors, there is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai. Guests can fully relax next to the swimming pool and fully admire the surrounding ocean views. The property includes a double garage for secure parking.
There are also 2 large JoJo tanks. There is an alarm system and outside beams around the house.
