This private upper-level unit is situated in Vermont, Hermanus, and forms part of a double-storey home with a separate private entrance. The unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is separate. The bedrooms are spacious and furnished for comfort, with blockout curtains provided to limit morning sunlight. Please note that access to the unit requires climbing a flight of stairs and is not wheelchair friendly.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains an air fryer, induction plates, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery for 6 guests. The open-plan lounge and dining area features comfortable seating, a combustion fireplace, and magnificent views of the sea. Sliding doors open onto a spacious patio with panoramic views of the ocean and mountains, as well as a gas braai area positioned to provide shelter from the South Easter winds.
Additional facilities include a private swimming pool with sun loungers, available during the summer months, secure parking for 2 vehicles behind locked gates, solar power, free Wi-Fi, security cameras, and an alarm system linked to armed response. Pets are welcome on request, provided they are house-trained. Guests are requested to respect the peaceful residential setting, and loud parties or excessive noise are not permitted.
