Description

Ocean's 25 is a self-catering guest flat located in a secure complex with direct beach access in Kingsburgh. The property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding attractions in the area.

This second-floor unit offers open-plan living and stunning views of Winkelspruit Beach and the lighthouse. The door opens into a bright galley kitchen, with the bathroom located opposite the kitchen. The bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, a basin, and a toilet. The flat has a private entrance and is equipped with the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. Complimentary tea, instant coffee, and milk are provided, and the unit is air-conditioned.

The open-plan living space is furnished with a queen-size bed and a double sleeper couch. The unit also features a lovely balcony with a table where guests can enjoy the sunrise or relax with a cup of tea at the end of the day. River birds provide constant entertainment for bird watchers as kingfishers dart into the water.

Guests also have access to the swimming pool on the property. There is a grassy braai area below the unit that guests are welcome to use. A parking space is reserved for one car in the complex, and additional parking may be arranged with security.

Guests have direct access to the beach via a gate that can be opened with a key. The complex also has 24-hour security and reception available during office hours.
