Fabulous break away, lots to do at the house and in the town. De Hoop Victorian House is a lovely character-filled house in a beautiful setting with fruit trees, super facilities including the pizza oven and braai area, hot tub, pool and large grassed lawns. There is an alarm with perimeter beams to ensure safety, and whilst we had no issues, the cottage on the same property did have a break-in with petty theft during our stay. Walking distance to the wonderful Greyton market and shops. The management team are helpful, responsive and just fantastic. The housekeeper is truly welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property and local area.

Really enjoyed it and would recommend to other travellers. We really enjoyed the large house 'Die Dam'. It's fully equipped with everything you need to support a large group. The location is private. Maybe they could refurbish the canoes.
