Fairy tales are beautiful. This is truly a stunning place. It is a gem and indescribably beautiful in nature and the tranquility is like food for your soul. The most beautiful hiking trails and the owner is very helpful and friendly. We had a feast and will definitely come again.

Sprokies mooi.

Quiet in nature on a working fruit farm, high ground clearance car required, 4x4. Perfect for a lovely getaway. You just need to bring your food and a swimming towel. Binoculars and a camera are a must. It's a working farm, so you hear them doing their job every day. It's an avocado and Macadamia farm. Every morning we had the Samango monkeys moving past us in the trees, but we had no problems with them. You can see into the valley to the mountain opposite. In the summer they get a lot of rain there.

Think to heat the swimming pool with black water pipes on the roof. Elspeth has furnished it excellently. The large windows that open to the outside, you could breathe in the fresh nature and the river that just calms one's soul. The excellent quality and standard of the bedding and other well-chosen items ensure a 10 star rating. For our 45th wedding anniversary we could not have chosen a better setting and the Chalet.

Unique, restful and peaceful. Yes, advance arrangements regarding access etc. were inadequate. Sometimes the distant chain became a nuisance, sometimes the leaf blowers too.

Uniek, rustend en vreedsaam. Ja, vooraf reëlings omtrent toegang ens. was onvoldoende.
