On The Beach House offers an incredible 180° sea view and is just a few steps from the beach. It is located in Paradysstrand, a conservation area known for its tranquillity and natural beauty. The property is ideal for families or groups seeking a peaceful beachfront escape.
The spacious home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the final two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. There are 2 shared bathrooms available, along with a separate guest toilet. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, and extra pillows and blankets are available. Wardrobes and couches are included in the bedrooms.
The home has two fully equipped kitchens. One kitchen includes basic cooking essentials, a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, ice machine, kettle, and dishwasher. The second kitchenette offers a microwave, kettle, and wash-up area, with a drying rack, iron, washing machine, and tumble dryer provided for convenience. The open-plan living areas feature dining tables with seating for 8, three comfortable lounge areas, and outdoor furniture, including a patio and outdoor shower. The lounge is equipped with a Smart TV, DStv with sports channels, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Guests can relax outdoors with a gas braai and outdoor braai area, picnic tables, balcony, and garden. Security and convenience are provided with a private entrance, free secure parking behind a gate, load-shedding provisions including a power inverter and rechargeable lamps, and drinking water for guests. Pets are allowed by arrangement.
