Located on the banks of the Vaal River in Porcupine Bay, Oppi Hook Guest Lodge offers a secluded retreat ideal for the whole family away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The spacious property features a wooden cabin and a tent. The wooden cabin can accommodate 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms. The 2 main bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, while the remaining bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Guests share the use of 2 bathrooms, both fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided. Additionally, space for a caravan or tent is available for an extra 2 guests.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable couches and a dining table with chairs.
Guests can enjoy meals alfresco on the furnished patio, complete with a braai area. Additionally, there is direct access for fishing, swimming, and canoeing on the dam. Secure parking is provided throughout guests' stay.
