Oppie Koppie is a peaceful retreat situated in Ballito, offering beautiful sea views and a relaxed coastal setting. This three-storey holiday home provides a comfortable escape for families or groups seeking a tranquil getaway, while still being within easy reach of local beaches, shops, and restaurants.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms across different levels. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, including the main bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, opening onto a balcony with uninterrupted sea views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and also opens onto the balcony. The lower level hosts 3 additional bedrooms: the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; the fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and makes use of a separate bathroom with a shower; and the fifth bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds, with access to a nearby bathroom fitted with a bath. Linen and towels are provided.
The middle level features an open-plan living space designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and laundry facilities. The dining area includes a 10-seater table that can be converted into a snooker table, while the spacious lounge offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a bar area. This level opens onto 2 covered patios with outdoor dining areas, each fitted with gas and charcoal braai facilities, and overlooks a swimming pool.
Additional features include secure parking on the premises and small pets allowed by prior arrangement. A separate cottage is located on the property and is occupied by a long-term tenant or the owner, ensuring that the privacy of the main house remains undisturbed.
