A thatched cottage home away from home with a touch of luxury and scenic views. These perfectly appointed cottages have stunning views and the river running in the valley is the perfect lullaby. I stayed in Copper Cottage, which was clean and well kitted out. Very clean with good quality linen and towels. The jacuzzi tub with a view is such a bonus. And the gardens are gorgeous with bees humming amongst all the blooms. Will definitely be back and hopefully for longer as there is so much to explore in the area.

Exceptional and peaceful. Stayed at Otters Den with my two sons. The hosts made us feel so welcome, as part of their family. On our arrival, we had complimentary coffee, tea, milk, and a Christmas cake in our cottage. Our cottage was clean, so beautifully homely decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We experienced 4 seasons in 1, which made it perfect for us to have a braai on the patio, and we were able to use the fireplace for the cold misty days. Everything was perfect; we are already planning our next visit.

Awesome, relaxing, quiet, nature, water flowing sound, great, lush. Was great value for money, clean and spacious unit. Thatch roof makes it even better. The flies were a big problem for us but I suppose this is summer, and surrounded by animal farms. Next visit will be in winter.
