Our Piece of Heaven is a free-standing sea-facing home within a secure eco Estate in Sheffield Beach. Our recently- built home offers 3 en-suite bedrooms in the main house, as well as a self-contained studio apartment, allowing comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests (including infants).

Enjoy spectacular sea views, a home designed for comfort and relaxation, access to several estate facilities, pedestrian beach access (800m walk), peace-of-mind with security and solar/back-up power.

The home features an expansive patio with a built-in braai and pizza oven, as well as several private courtyards for quiet relaxation. The open-plan living area features a kitchen with a seperate scullery and pantry, a dining area, a living/ TV room area, a second lounge/atav area or playroom and a workspace. Use of the additional office space (adjoined to the main bedroom) may be requested by guests.

All 4 bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with a shower. The main en-suite bathroom includes a freestanding bath, as well as an outdoor shower and walk-in wardrobe.

An external laundry room and staff bathroom are also available for use.

The home has good wi-fi access, includes Netflix and Disney+, has solar and back-up power and gas geysers to allow for uninterrupted comfort.

Guests have access to estate facilities, including walking, running, and cycling trails, 2 swimming pools, sports fields, and a restaurant at the clubhouse. The Estate is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and beaches.
